NORTH TOUR – DEPARTURE TO PEÑÓN DE IFACH

We depart de port of Altea towards Calpe, navegating on the big cove of Altea with beaches, cliffs and bays we reach "Punta del Mascarat". On our way from the bay of Altea we pass the port "Puerto Deportivo Luís de Campomanes" and the islands of "Olla".
Passing "Punta de Mascarat" and the "Morro de Toix" we enter the Calpe bay. From the Nautic club we get a great view of the "Peñón de Ifach", the impressive cliff with it´s 328 meters, is one of the most populare sights on Costa Blanca.

We will undertake an interesting crossroad to the island of Benidorm, well-known as Island of the Journalists, located just two miles from the coast.
We will sail by the bay of Altea until the beach of the Albir, wich is enclosed by the inlet of Bombarda and Albir’s lighthouse.
Crossing the amazing cuts of Sierra Nevada which compose the Rocks of Arabí, we will leave behind several coves, bordering “La punta de la escalera”, going to the bay of Benidorm and undertaking course to the islet of Benidorm, Marine Natural Reserve.
